Pack For Travel Checklist – Baby & Family

    noah-mom-boarding-mm

This is the “Mother of All Baby Travel Packing Checklists”!

As I returned to the ‘work-force’ when our baby turned 8 months old AND my job requires much travel, this baby packing list is key.  Probably more on here than you will actually need, however better to have more on your list to cross off, rather than forget important items and find yourself at your destination accommodation wishing you’d brought that [fill-in-the-blank]!

This coming November we are off to Indonesia where I will work possibly straight through to February and therefore access to many of the things we categorize as  necessities may not be available.

So, posting this with best wishes to you, parents…in your travels whether near or far!  May it all go smoothly, and do remember to take it all in and snap a few pics while you’re in a new locale.

Ahh yes, and patience, surrender and a smile may go way further than your destination!

P.S.: Many destinations now have baby services or baby rentals where you can pre-book baby equipment, toys, accessories and useful items so you don’t have to haul them with you on flights! Just brilliant!!!  Check it out via our friend Mr. Google.

    BABY-SPECIFIC ITEMS

Take along a few key items baby is familiar with, like their blankie (of course!) and their favorite stuffed toy or a bath toy they love. There is nothing like familiarity and sense of routine to a baby/toddler, however remember not to weigh yourself down with all the toys in the toy-box!
