    I watched [your 5 Essential Morning Stretches for Mom video] twice, and I think I’ve got it down! I am new to yoga and I just need something really simple to start my day. Not only do I have trouble going to sleep because I am too high energy, I wake up just as high strung, run to the kids and immediately start cramming stuff into my day. This will hopefully be something simple I can commit to and “ease” in a little better when I get up.
