    Crib Barre is a Revolutionary New System for Moms

    Hi Moms and Babes / Tots!  Guess what?!

    My Method, Crib Barre, launches here on July 31st, 2015 and I am excited from my heart to my fingertips to share this revolutionary effective 15-mins workout with you!  Crib Barre has been a project I’ve had in mind since pregnancy.

    About Me

    I’ve been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor for 20 years and have my Sports Physiology and Rehabilitation degree as well as a number of massage therapy and yoga certifications and licenses.

    What is Crib Barre?

    I have tested Crib Barre techniques and sessions with clients and myself post-baby, with results I’d never even seen with programs lasting 45-60 minutes. I mean, who has that much time to exercise every day as a new Mum?! Crib Barre is 15 minutes in length, uber-effective and you perform it Mon/Wed/Fri and an abs and yoga session any other 2 days of the week.

    The best thing is, we are going to do these workouts via video stream, together!  I will guide you through each session so you are using the correct form and well-informed!
